What if
I have to cancel or reschedule a
reservation?
We hope you do not have to cancel. However, we ask
that you notify us 24 hours in
advance if you must reschedule or cancel your
appointment. Cancellations or changes
within the 24 hours are subject to 50 percent of the
treatment price; no shows will be
charged full value of service.
What should I wear?
you should wear whatever is comfortable. Robe and
slippers are provided for your
comfort while at Dun’Artie. you will be given the
opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself
in privacy. it is customary to wear just your spa
robe to your spa services. During your
treatment, our trained professional will drape you
appropriately for privacy. if you are
having a facial, we recommend little or no make-up
applied before your service and
removing contact lenses. Salon hair color and
highlight services require that a smock
be worn in place of personal clothing. if you chose
to wear your own clothing, Dun’Artie
is not be responsible for stained, bleached or
damaged items.
Should men shave before a
facial?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours
before a facial.
When should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your
service time. Please understand that your
service will end on time so the next guest will not
be inconvenienced. Late guests will
receive the time remaining of their treatment. Full
value of the service will be charged.
Can I bring my valuables?
Please leave your jewelry and valuables at home.
Lockers are available for Spa guests
to store personal clothing items. Dun’Artie does not
assume liability for any valuables.
Use of cellular phones?
Personal communication items are allowed
during Salon hair services. However, for
guests in the Spa to enjoy their experience to the
fullest, use of cellular phones are not
allowed in these areas. Please ensure they are
turned off during this portion of your stay.
Children’s Policy?
Children of all ages are welcome at Dun’Artie. Salon
appointments are available for
children of all ages and those not receiving
services must be attended to during the
time of your service. no children are allowed in spa
treatment area!
Gift Certificates?
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or
retail products. Gift certificates must be
presented at time of appointment and will not be
replaced if lost or stolen.
